Safety Protocols & Covid-19 Policy

The Creative Kitchen aims to create the most amount of fun in the safest way possible.

To best ensure a safe environment for families, Cricket’s Candy Creations will be implementing the following COVID-19 policy and additional considerations, such as:

Social distancing & Hand sanitizer available for guests.

It is our goal that our events are accessible experiences, complying with ADA guidelines and offering stroller parking.

If you wish to reschedule your experience due to COVID-19, please email us and we’ll be happy to move your tickets to another day and time.

Cricket’s Candy Creations COVID-19 Policy

Effective March 9, 2022

Cricket's Candy Creations is committed to keeping visitors as safe and healthy as possible. We adhere to public health guidelines by the Dept. of Health and CDC and are staying up to date with the changes made and will continually update our procedures.

Masks are optional for vaccinated visitors and mandatory for unvaccinated visitors.

Hand washing and/or sanitizing stations are available upon arrival and throughout the venue. Surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day and we also have an HVAC air system.

How is the space cleaned?

Throughout the day, our trained team members will disinfect all touch points immediately after any exposure or contact with guests. Rest assured that each time you enter a space, it will have just been sanitized.

What should I do if I or anyone in my party tests positive for COVID-19?

If you or anyone in your party test positive for COVID-19 or experience symptoms prior to your ticket entry date, please email us at info@cricketscandy.com and we will reschedule your visit at no cost. 

If you or anyone in your party doesn’t feel well the day of your visit, please stay home and rest up for at least two weeks. We are happy to reschedule you at no additional cost.

What should I do if I found out after our visit to Cricket’s Candy Creations that I had exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 prior to the visit?

Unfortunately, we know that this is going to be part of the new normal and that is OK. Please let us know as soon as you possibly can by emailing info@cricketscandy.com.
