HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE LAST?
The General Admission experience is approximately 50 minutes, while the Cherry on Top experience is approximately 60 minutes.
HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?
Children of all ages are welcome! Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
IS CRICKET'S CANDY CREATIONS AN ALLERGY FREE ZONE?
While Cricket’s Candy Creations crafts do not contain tree nuts or peanuts, some ingredients have packaging with wording such as "manufactured in a facility that may also process tree nuts and peanuts".
CAN PEOPLE ATTEND ALONE?
Yes! Anyone over the age of 15 can attend alone. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
DO YOU OFFER DAIRY FREE, KOSHER, AND VEGAN OPTIONS?
While not all of the candies we use in our crafts are kosher and/or dairy-free, if you reach out to us with at least 72 hours notice in advance of your visit, we can do our best tot ensure that we have substitute ingredients when applicable.
IS CRICKET'S CANDY CREATIONS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, people of various abilities can take part in activities at Cricket’s Candy Creations!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE FOR MY EXPERIENCE?
Your session starts PROMPTLY at the ticketed time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and check your coats. We will do our best to accommodate any late-comers by adding them to a session already in progress.
DO YOU OFFER COAT AND STROLLER CHECK?
Yes! We offer coat check and stroller check.

Yes! We are happy to supply our candy crafting kits for an off-site party! And, our candy coaches can travel to outside locations and assist!

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET?
While our tickets are non-refundable, we are happy to work with you to reschedule for a new day that works for you to come in and candy craft!

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?
You do not need to print out your tickets, digital tickets work for us!
ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
Cricket’s Candy Creations has timed entry. If there are spots available, walk in tickets are available. However, we highly recommend purchasing in advance here to ensure that tickets will be available.

Absolutely! Candy crafting is for candy lovers of all ages!
